Some background about myself, my career, and work focus. While I don’t focus in spa treatments, I offer a relaxing space and can focus in de-stress if that is your need.

Work Background:
Graduating in 2009, I have over 17 years experience in this amazing trade of Massage Therapy. I have worked in clinical settings for 13 years, owning and operating a clinic for 10 of those years; including challenges brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.
I have been blessed to be at my home based business now for 5 years & going strong. During Sept 2021 I adjusted to work from home and provide a schedule around my 2 children and their early years of school. Working from home I am able to offer the expertise and standards running a clinic now in a home based practice while better balancing my family life.
- I have a love for working through any restricted range of motion or musculoskeletal issue you are encountering. I have a passion for neck/cervical treatments and extended training in treating the jaw/mouth with TMJD through extensive neck work, shoulder issues and rib mobilization.
- I have a background in sports and work with many athletes & gym enthusiasts.
- As a mother I understand the hardships pregnancy takes on our bodies. I had a passion for working with pregnant woman prior to my own experiences, and have taken extra training for prenatal care. I specifically purchased this massage table as it works great for expecting mothers, see Pregnancy page for details.
Fun Facts:
- I am married to an amazing man, Andy and we have two daughters Laurielle & Lacie.
- I grew up outside of the city in St. Andrews
- I have played many sports growing up, in my adult years I’ve kept up with soccer, dance, softball, & yoga. I’m a member at 9Round here in Sage Creek and currently dancing a storm at Marquis in Adult Hip Hop. I always attempt to keep one sport going while we allow our girls to explore their interests in activities.
- I am a huge Disney fan, “Disnerd” as I’m termed. The tattoo on my arm has 15 references in the image, if you think you can guess them all.
- I like to camp when I’m able to during the summer, but more frequently we visit our parents cabins most weekends- primarily in Grand Beach.
- I am a proud member of the wellness store and am passionate about supporting healthier living through my massage clinic and home. I am mindful of the products used and staying compliant within cleaning protocols required.
