All appointments include consultation and assessment as required by the RMT for safety concerns. This is part of your treatment and will be included in your booked time-frame.
First time appointment? Add 15 min longer to allow the full massage time wanted as initial appointments require more time to address your needs.

Cupping	Form of myofasical release using silicone and vacuum sealed cups. See FAQ’s for more information **cannot be booked. Therapist discretion to include in treatment**	$0
Taping	Neuro-proprioceptive taping’s main goal is to guide movement and improve joint function at the point where it is applied. **This addition does not require advanced booking & will not be billed to your insurance**	$5
Assessment Only	If there is an unsafe reason I decide we should not proceed with massage you will be charged this cost. **cannot be booked**	$45
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments	These appointments require payment before re-booking. If over a weekend/holiday a reschedule request can be denied if falls in the details of cancellation policy. Details in FAQ’s	100% of cost of appointment booked.
