First Time Clients

If you are a new client, thank you for taking the time to review my website, I hope I can be of assistance to you. My schedule will fluctuate with busy & slower times depending on the types of treatments and follow ups required.

  • Below you will find REQUEST APPOINTMENT link to ClinicSense.
    This program manages my appointments where you can:
    – request an appointment,
    -ask to be on a waitlist,
    -reschedule or cancel your upcoming appointment.
    -sends your automated reminder texts/emails
    As I am solo in my operations I rely on this system heavily and your active participation with your appointments.
  • Initial appointments are recommended to book for 75 min when possible.
    Please understand 30 min appointments will be declined as they do not provide enough time to assess and treat when meeting for the first time.
  • Once a request is made, it needs to be confirmed from the clinic end, which will follow up with your confirmation email;
    DO NOT DELETE. This has your link to fill out your intake form – required to be completed prior to appointment, as well as your cancellation/rescheduling access for your appointment
  • If there is an issue with the appointment request you will receive a declined reason within 24 hours notice. This may be longer over weekends/holidays
  • Please familiarize yourself with the cancelation policy & illness concerns – both found under the FAQ’s headline. These are important factors and part of the policies to agree to when signing your online forms.
  • Please make sure to read Entrance & Parking instructions ~ I don’t use my front door as entry to my work area.

  • November & December Appointments:
    If you require more than 3 appointments over the next two months please reach out to me first, or we can discuss in person how best to schedule your ongoing care.
  • IMPORTANT
    Please do not arrive at your appointment accompanied by anyone else. The only exceptions will be if you are supervising for a minors scheduled appointment.
    Childcare concerns are something I do manage, please find these details in General Inquiries under FAQs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Please note the treatment space is located downstairs, you will need to be able to access this space easily to attend your appointment.
  • We are a pet friendly home, but the pets are not to enter the basement/treatment area. If allergies are a concern please bring any medication you may need.
  • My dog will bark but will be crated for your arrival.
    If you would prefer she greets you at the door she would love to do so, just let me know and I’ll keep her out.
  • My husband and children may be home, but will not be an issue for your appointment. Noise is rarely a factor.

I follow all practices set out by the guidelines and ethics of the Massage Therapy Association of Manitoba and Governing Permit By-Laws set for my home based practice.
