
q: Do I need to wear a mask?
a: No, as of May 15th, 2023 all mask use has been disregarded.
I will ask for mask use in regards to illness: details in the following questions provided (and will do the same for myself in similar situations).
Some images on website were taken when mask use by RMT was mandatory, I have not had the opportunity to take updated images since.
q: Do I need to cancel if I am sick?
a: For minor cold symptoms you may wear a mask and still attend your appointment.
If you personally have experienced any of the below please reschedule through your confirmation email or if less than 24 hours contact me (contact details on home page).
Please do not wait until last minute hoping to feel better, I do require you to reschedule online prior to 24 hour notice, or let me know as soon as possible.
-fever
-chills
-persistent cough
-24 hrs of nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
-difficulty breathing /shortness of breath
–unexplained fatigue, headache, or muscle ache
-pink eye
q: I have a family member at home who’s ill, do I need to cancel?
a: If a severe flu or cold is running through your home please make the best judgement about canceling your appointment until things have settled or cleared. If you are not sick, but these illness are in your home you can attend while wearing a mask.
q: Do I have to pay a fee if I am cancelling regarding illness?
a: I understand that each situation is different and can allow for some leniency, but please always try and keep the Cancellation Policy in mind requires 24 hours notice and the fee may be applied as stated above.
Negligence and knowing in advance that the appointment should have been rescheduled & canceled under 24 hours will result in a fee. Communication is best with these things if you need to text me to clarify your situation.
